Concrete is a versatile material that has been used in a wide range of construction projects for centuries. It has many benefits over other construction materials. It provides unmatched durability in terms of compressive strength and resistance to weather extremes. Ready Mix Concrete, which is a mixture of cement, aggregates, water and admixtures, is used in building home foundations, driveways, roadways, bridges, dams, buildings and more.

It is flexible enough to be formed in almost any shape by using properly designed casts, making it an ideal material in constructing modern buildings. On the other hand, concrete saves energy by minimizing temperature fluctuations in buildings and structures during the day, is fire resistant and provides an excellent noise and temperature barrier.

Precast concrete structures are vastly used in infrastructure and building construction projects in urban and rural areas. Concrete Masonry Units (CMU, or simply concrete block) is one of the most practical, cost efficient and long-lasting material used in modern buildings. It comes in a wide variety of sizes, ranging in size from 4 to 16 inches. It is primarily used in construction of residential and commercial buildings as well as industrial structures.

In residential and commercial buildings, CMUs and Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) are more beneficial over other construction materials in terms of safety, energy efficiency and resistance against erosion and damage by natural sources. Precast reinforced Concrete Pipes, boxes, manholes and inlets are the basic material in constructing storm drains, storm sewers, culvers, sanitary sewers, water transmission and irrigation networks.
